  • Welcome on arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station. Our staff will greet you.Travel to Bhalukpong through green hills and small villages.At Bhalukpong, check in to your hotel.Spend your evening relaxed. You may visit Pakhui Wildlife Sanctuary for birdwatching,or try river rafting or canoeing in the Kameng River.Night stay in Bhalukpong.

  • After breakfast, leave for Dirang.
  • On the way, stop at the Tipi Orchid Research Centre, home to many types of orchids.
  • Then visit the sacred Nag Temple.
  • Arrive in Dirang, check in to your hotel.
  • Later, visit Dirang Monastery, see its beautiful paintings and woodwork. Also, go to Kalachakra Gompa, a monastery for Tibetan Buddhist teachings.
  • Stay overnight in Dirang.

  • After breakfast, leave Dirang and head to Tawang.
  • Stop first at Sela Pass, then at Sela Lake—both very beautiful views.
  • Visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial to remember brave soldiers.
  • Then see Nuranang Falls (aka Jung Falls).
  • Arrive in Tawang, check in. Evening is yours to rest or explore.
  • Overnight in Tawang.

  • Optional: go to Bum La Pass, high up at about 5,000 meters, on the India-China border. If you go, see the route Dalai Lama used to enter India.

  • Spend time in Tawang’s local markets in the evening.
  • Overnight in Tawang.
