  • Trip starts at 8:00 AM.
  • Enjoy some light tea and refreshments on the way.
  • After about 3½ hours’ drive, arrive at Godkhali Jetty. Then you board a boat and travel through Gomor and Durgadhwani rivers. You’ll reach Tiger Roar Resort by River Pitchkhali, which looks over the Tiger Reserve.
  • Hot lunch at the resort.
  • In the afternoon, visit Bird’s Island and Sunset Point. Return to resort after.
  • Evening: Tea + snacks, followed by an Adivasi Jhumur dance by local tribal artists.
  • Dinner served at 9:00 PM.

  • Morning cruise takes you to Sajnekhali Watchtower and Mangrove Interpretation Centre.
  • Then deep jungle safari through creeks and thick forest; places may include Sarakkhali-1, Sudhanyakhali, Bonbibi Bharani, Sunderkhali, PirKhali. You may see wild animals like deer, monkeys, crocodiles, wild boars, and maybe Royal Bengal Tigers.
  • Lunch either on the boat or back at the resort.
  • Evening walk in the village of Jamespur. See local crafts, food, way of life of villagers.
  • Tea with snacks + Baul folk songs performance. Dinner at 9:00 PM.

  • After breakfast, head to Netidhopani Watch Tower, deep inside the Forest. The spot has a 300-year old temple of Bon Bibi (Forest Goddess), where fishermen and honey collectors pray for safety from tigers and crocodiles.
  • Hot lunch onboard while cruising back to resort.
  • Evening free for your own activities.

  • Wake up call at 7:00 AM. Breakfast at 8:30 AM.
  • After breakfast, check-out of hotel. Visit Hamilton Bungalow and Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow in Gosaba.
  • Early lunch (packed). After that, transfer back to Kolkata.
