  • Welcome! After you land at Bagdogra Airport, we’ll drive you to Phuentsholing. On the way, enjoy views of green tea estates, the rolling Dooars plains, and winding roads. Once in Phuentsholing, check in at your hotel and relax. Later, you can visit Zangto Pelri Lhakhang or wander through the colorful local markets. Or just enjoy a hearty dinner as you get ready for the bike adventure ahead.

  • Start your day with immigration formalities, then collect your bike and set off toward Thimphu. Ride through mountain curves, dense forests, and riverside roads. You’ll stop at Chukha Hydropower Dam viewpoint for photos, and take a tea break at a local stall. Once you reach Thimphu, check in at your hotel. Later, visit Clock Tower Square or stroll through the markets. Try local flavors like Ema Datshi (chili cheese) or butter tea.

  • Ride early toward Dochula Pass, one of Bhutan’s most beautiful spots. Next, stop at Lamperi Botanical Garden, nestled in Jigme Dorji National Park, where you’ll see rhododendrons, blue poppies, and other flowers. Then descend into Punakha Valley and visit Punakha Dzong, built where Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers meet. Park your bikes and cross Bhutan’s longest suspension bridge, then visit Chimi Lhakhang, the “Temple of Fertility.” Afterwards, ride back to Thimphu for the night.

  • Check out of your hotel and ride around Thimphu to see key sights:
  • Big Buddha / Buddha Dordenma
  • National Memorial Chorten, where people pray daily
  • Tashichho Dzong, where Bhutan’s royal offices are located
  • Takin Reserve, home of Bhutan’s national animal
  • Sangaygang Viewpoint for city views
  • Changangkha Monastery, a 12th-century temple
  • After you finish, ride toward Paro through scenic valleys. Once you arrive, check in at your hotel.

  • Begin by riding to Satsam Chorten, at the base of the trek. Park your bike and hike through pine forests, past prayer flags and small waterfalls, until you reach Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), perched on a cliff. Explore inside, then return by the same path. Afterward, ride back to Paro. If you like, relax with a traditional hot stone bath, or visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest temples, before resting for the night.

  • This is your final big ride. Start by climbing toward Chelela Pass, the highest motorable pass in Bhutan, lined with prayer flags. From the top, you’ll see Paro Valley on one side and Haa Valley on the other. Then descend along riverside roads and misty mountain stretches, stopping often for photos. Continue through open roads to Chuzom, where two rivers flow together. Finally arrive in Phuentsholing, return your bikes, and check in at your hotel.
