Kanota Ghar, is a Castle, belonging to the Thakur of Kanota, a small town off the Jaipur-Agra highway about thirty minutes by road from Jaipur. Still the family’s residence, this heritage castle built in 1872, is set in an eight acre estate and offers 18 beautiful suites that open to the gardens and lawns. Castle Kanota is ideal to be taken over for customised activity based programs like Yoga, Cuisine, Music etc or for groups intending to celebrate a special event. A museum is being developed in a separate wing of the Castle, to display the exhaustive collections and dairies of Thakur Amar Singhji – the grandfather of the current scion of Kanota.
